This bill makes several technical changes to provisions of law relating to facilities of historic significance. The bill contains an emergency clause to provide the provisions of the sections outlined in the bill are intended to and shall be retroactive from the effective date and shall apply to all applications for tax credits received by or approved by the Department at any time on or after August 28, 2024.
